Item says buyer paid but no money is posted to my ebay account and ive been already charged the ebay

Hello everyone,
Last night I sold a wrestling dvd. Today it says buyer paid and to ship. Unfortunately when I look at my sellers account, no money has been posted there except for the $10.64 Ebay fee I would be paying after the buyer sends me my money.
I contacted Ebay and they said "yes we see the buyer has not paid you even though it says they have and you were charged final value fees".
I cant even cancel the sale because then Ebay would refund the buyer $85, money they haven't sent yet.
I tried to contact the buyer with no luck.
Anyone have this issue before?
Ebay just docket $10.75 from my bank account since it put me at a negative since the money never entered the Ebay sellers account.

That's your OrderDetails page so eBay has received the payment.

It 's possible that eBay has the payment on Hold, although you have been selling long enough and had enough sales in the past three months that normally would not be the problem.

EBayFVF come from the payment, not from your account.

But we pay other fees, like our monthly Store subscription.
Off hand I'm not sure that Promoted Listing fees are charged on the transaction or monthly. I believe it is on the transaction.

When you contacted eBay did you use social media or the phone clerks?

The phone people are fine for simple questions, but they are often undertrained and rarely have any authority.

The employees assigned to eBay's social media are better trained.

More importantly, since you are in a Chat, they are under less pressure (Chats can be...leisurely) and can research rather than respond.

Being able to attach links and screenshots is also useful.

The screenshot you attach looks odd to me.

Are you only looking at it on a phone? Can you find a desktop or laptop to doublecheck?

Phones are notorious for leaving out  information.

Promoted listing fees are charged immediately like all the other fees. They are a separate "line item" so there are two payments to eBay the one with "all the other" fees and one specifically for the promoted listing fee.
