That's a complete joke of an answer from them. I spent 9 months going back and forth with them with this. Always told it was escalated. Always told me someone would contact me (never did) and during that 9 month period zero coupons. They tried to tell me the same thing about it not being available in Canada anymore so I showed them their own link on their web page to prove otherwise. The I was told because I registered on .com (long before .ca existed) that this was the reason for no coupons. On and on it went with me reaching out every month having to explain it all over again even though allegedly tickets were created for the issue.
In October I received an email for a coupon for the first time in 9 months. Now it's January and NO COUPON. I do not want to go through all of this again. Clearly nothing is resolved and quite frankly if you are in Canada then they do not care.
