Had unwelcome bidder purchase (blocked buyer through another ID), refunded money and since buyer did not want to cooperate and started sending harassing messages, I called ebay support to help with cancellation
The girl has said its been done, but when I checked there was MC143 ACCOUNT SECURITY NOTICE - We removed the following listing(s) from eBay because they appear to have been listed by a third party without your permission:
This is unacceptable for ebay just remove listings. Every mature listing is already indexed and ranked in Google, plus if it has purchases, it is ranked on ebay, so this is not question of $0.05 listing fee. I object !
Spent 29min on the phone just to achieve this and do not want to spend another 1/2hr to get it fixed (if at all). Even though I can do other things while on hold, it is still quite inconvenient and ineffective.
