Last attempt to get Account Restriction lifted

I have ebay account since 2018. Last year I started selling on my account and made few successful sales. All sales went through perfectly. No issue in sale or payments.

Tried listing another item (a watch) and listing was put on hold asking for more information (invoice/receipt). Since it was an online purchase, I sent the online receipt. I received a response that online receipts are not acceptable. So I responded by attached packing slip and pictures of the item as proof of purchase.

Sadly I received a indefinite account restriction on selling in response. I couldn't understand it because I never had any issue with my past sales. I reached out to eBay support twice in November and December asking for explanation. In my second communication with agent, they said they will look into it and get back to me.

Today after receiving no communication for past 6 months, I  contacted eBay support again. The agent looked into my account and basically said there is nothing I can do to unrestrict it. I asked for reason of restriction because I did not break any eBay terms. The agent told me that they cannot share it and I should look into selling on other platforms. I asked if its possible to escalate, to which they said no and asked me to end the call if I don't have any other issue to discuss.

This is my last and final attempt to get account restriction lifted. Is it possible to appeal this decision or anything I can do lift restriction? I've Googled it already and it paints a disappointing picture.

Much appreciate your help and hope there is a way to resolve it

You were on the phone?

The phone reps have a terrible reputation for getting you off the phone as soon as possible even if that means giving you the advice you want to hear instead of the advice you need to have.

The social media Chat accounts are covered by trained eBay employees with some authority.
And you get a transcript so you can compare what you heard with what you were told.
