That is a very good question and a smart one to pose as an emerging seller. I have no direct experience with ChitChat but a good many members here do. I use "Standard International Flat Rate Shipping" for anything shipping outside Canada. For Canada I use "Canada Post Expedited" (for packages I ship through ChitChat).
Combined with my extended handling time this gives me a delivery estimate that I can easily beat even though I only ship once every 4 or 5 days.
If you use USPS Priority which is zoned (and USPS First Class will also be zoned after the 19th) you will need to use an average flat-rate (if you list on .ca) going forward. If you list on .com you can use the shipping calculator with the appropriate USPS service.
