Enrolled in managed payments selling on ebay.com even though a Canadian ,, All was working fine at first and ebay was depositing my money into the account I have been using for 10 years ,,, 16 deposits were made since July 4,2021 ,, then on August 19 I recieved messages from ebay indicating that I needed to update my bank information ,, which I did ,,, since that time I have contacted ebay representatives over a dozen times and was coached through the bank info entering procedure , I have done this procedure at least a dozen times and still the error messages remain ,,, after assurances from ebay managed payment specialists that everything was fine and that there would be a few days delay for the error message to disapear ,, the message has not only not disapeared but now I have been restricted from listing items ,, after an 45 min conversation today with ebay they told me they are looking into the problem and a managed payments specialist representative will be calling me in a few days ,,, unfortunately I have been told that before a representative would call but they never did . As a top rated seller I do my best to provide excellent customer service and am distressed that I was unable to list an item I had promised to a buyer today ,, Ebay said there is nothing they can do about that and a managed payments specialist will be contacting me ,,,, any from Tyler and team would be appreciated
