MP Invoice Due Date

Does anyone know under the new MP system what the correct official due date is for Monthly invoices payments?

See attached screen shots? Both reference the same amount owing.

Did you switch to Managed Payments in the past month.

Looks like you have sales under PayPal for one invoice. Then another for Managed Payments. So due dates different.

My automatic payments come out at the end of the month or first day of new month. However this month my  "account balance" section of seller hub states "unavailable" so I cannot check the date. I assume this may be because of possible changes to they way they will be billing store fees but who knows anymore! It sure is not clear to me thats for sure.

Hey Lotz, Please be advised that as of this month, my store invoice was processed from my pending MP balance on May 18th, for the invoice from April 15 to May 15. This is the first time it has happened this way, Just thought you may want to know.

Thanks for the heads up. I'm still seeing conflicting information regarding due dates with MP. The email shows the middle of the proceeding month. The payment actually is removed on either the last day of the same month or first day of the next month.

The confusion is because there are two systems going simultaneously, one for PayPal sellers and one for MP sellers.

With both systems the payment comes either either last day of month or first day of next month. The vast majority of eBay confusion is caused by eBay not proofing what they are updating or confirming if there are conflicts in other places that need to be removed.

Links displayed in Screen Capture post 1 have not been functional for a number of years.

Once you are in MP and after your transition period there are no more monthly invoices.

My PayPal accounts still get Invoices, my MP accounts haven't had an invoice since the month after I was induced.

You now get a monthly Tax Invoice, it details all the charges during the month and a summary of GST/HST charged but there is no payment due since eBay has already taken their fees from your MP account or your bank account.
