Hello all, tried to ask this question sometimes back but could not get a concrete answer so posting again with more details.
Say, if I make $7000-$10000 per year (as per ebay selling summary) and almost most of those items are used DVDs/Blurays collections. When do you exactly report to CRA to show as income? I am still not clear on how it works as some people say if those are personal collections, no need to show as income. But question is, how do you prove/show to CRA it is personal or actually practically even with personal items, we are making money/profit. So how exactly it works? Or any max limit before you start declaring as income to CRA?

The amount you mention is high enough that it would be worthwhile paying a tax accountant to explain the situation in YOUR PROVINCE since there are provincial taxes too.
Free advice is worth every penny you pay for it.
