Message on Paypal, multi order shipping

I just had to go to Paypal because a payment confirmation failed to appear again. I was surprised to see on the transaction I was checking it said "Launch multi-order shipping". This buyer only purchased one item. I clicked on it to see what it was about, and got a message that it was completed.

Has anyone else seen this on a Paypal transaction?

I have not. And my notifications from paypal are arriving without any problem. This thing with no-emails is still happening? It's been a few days now. I wonder if the two are tied. If paypal is trying to roll put something new, maybe it's affecting something else. It might be worth a call. Is anything showing up on the paypal boards?
