Messaging system seems to be down

I've been trying to respond to messages today, but none are going through. When I  click on the "send message" button, it turns opaque and nothing else happens. Has anyone else experienced this?

Do you get notice of messages on your email? What happens when you try to respond from there?

I was able to respond to a message this morning through eBay Messages.

Agreed.

I'm on Firefox and using uBlock Origin adblocker.

On Monday, I couldn't access 'Purchases history', 'Order details', 'Watch list', etc.

Also, my 'All Selling' page wouldn't completely load, and my 'Sign out' button wasn't in view.

A pain in the butt mostly because I had 5 orders to put together and mail.

As usual I blamed eBay.

A few hours passed with no improvement, so I tried Internet Explorer.

Wow, everything on eBay was fine, so I printed the invoices I needed.

Typically frustrated with IE's lack of functionality, I tried eBay on Firefox again, but the previous issues still remained.

Eventually, I clued in that Monday's uBlock update might be causing certain elements to be blocked.

I disabled uBlock on the eBay pages of concern, and voila we're good to go.
