Things have been going pretty smoothly so I was super suprised to see this pop up in my inbox a few minutes ago!!
Being in super surprised mode, I was actually hoping it was a glitch of some sort until I finally noticed a ways down that I've only lost top rated status in the UK and Ireland.
I've never really paid attention to that domain, actually if one asked I probably wouldn't have said I had it in the first place, but I wasn't aware of any problems there either. When I looked at the details the obvious problem is of course pretty simple, I've failed to meet the minumum level, I'm at the lowly number of 99 sales in the last year when a minimum of 100 are required. 🤔
I'm actully surprised that there isn't some sort of combined view for the overall assessment, because I'm 1.7 times the $$$ minumum and being one beneath the minimum count seems a little strange to drop one down for that reason alone.
Oh well, at least now I know that I once was top rated for UK and Ireland sales!

Shame, hopefully you make that sale before they re-evaluate you! How much more is it to ship to UK or Ireland as compared to US or Canada? Considering offering shipping accross the pond but I dont do calculated shipping.

@joels-retrocade small packet to UK with current fuel surcharge is $12/$13 ish for 100/250g (I'm a stamps on the box kinda guy as I'm selling to stamp collectors)
Note that I ONLY sell flat rate, always have, and I ship wee single stamps to bankers boxes full of them, all flat rate.
Generally regarding sales to the UK, the higher shipping and "double dinging" of taxes which I think happens fairly regularly for them probably doesn't help.
I don't go out of my way to try to attract folks from the UK, I certainly don't plan to change anything to try to regain the TR status with them, if it happens on its own great, if not that's ok too.

Ebay has tinkered.....Basically that means streamlined the groupings over the last 10 years. My display below for UK/Ireland. The current arrangement is a bit of head scratcher.
Region: USA
Region:UK/Ireland
Region: Germany/Austria/Switzerland
Region: Global
Huh???? Seems very picky choosey!!!
Years ago I would do maybe 40 to 50 sales to that region. Now, mostly because of Vat collection, shipping and visibility, international transactions are blips for my types of items. (Think I have had 4 since the beginning of the year.) From past experience (years ago) when you qualified there was a brief grace period (2 months??) to recover your qualification. Now it's the warning message and if you don't have it by the next review time the qualification goes poof. The interesting observation I made the last time I got 1 of mine back was I got a notice saying that my level had been regained but it didn't actually kick in (The TSR discount) until the following month. Message was sometime in the middle of the current month. Will take credits anytime eBay wants to give them. Hopefully that required order you need shows up in time. Best of luck!!!

PS. As a side I try not to read those service requirement metrics while eating or drinking.
