Whenever I receive a purchase, my buyers have to contact me saying they want to cancel order because when the purchase, PayPal says they have to pay with credit card.
Whats wrong?

never heard of that before, you may want to call paypal and ask them..

I would assume these buyers have no paypal account? What do they say exactly and who are the buyers? How often does this happen?

Also check your Paypal account to see that the (email) address is correct, the bank account attached is correct, and the credit card attached has not expired.
Is this actually every time? Or had it happened once?

This issue happens at almost every transaction

Did you call Paypal?
Did you check that the cc number you have attached to your PP account is correct?
Did you check that the email address you have attached to your PP account is correct?
Are your 'customers' asking for your PP email? Because that is a scam.

Sounds like buyer(s) who changed their minds (giving an excuse)
or buyer(s) who are trying to use an unverified or a security-flagged paypal account.
From the PayPal forums (dated 2016, so I do not know if still accurate):
.... with our security system, a [buyer] may be asked to add a bank or credit card if [buyer] are trying to make a [paypal] balance payment with an unverified account.
The quickest way to verify an account is by adding and confirming a bank. ...
You could check with PayPal help to see if there are any other reasons that might be causing your buyers these problems. Unverified accounts do have payment limits.
