My customer wants to cancel because I can't ship on a holiday

I told the buyer I wouldn't be able to ship the product they purchased because of the holidays, It turns out that the post office is officially closed for new years day and the buyer wants to cancel because they needs the product sooner. Should I tell him that its impossible? the item cost 65$ plus a 20$ shipping fee

You told them you couldn’t ship until Thursday and that Isn’t soon enough fir them?   Since they have asked you to cancel, you should cancel.  It’s better that than having them send the item back because they received it too late.

Cancel.

Not worth the effort to argue.

Send the Buyer a Cancel Transaction Request and select "Buyer requested to cancel" as the reason.

Cancel and make sure you choose that buyer requested to cancel as the reason. Add that miserable self-entitled human to your Best Buddies List . Not worth the time and effort to deal with them.
