I post on .com since list perfectly doesn't support .ca, I noticed that my shipping weight keeps disappearing, I use the global shipping program. My other platforms are super busy but eBay is almost dead, I tried bulk reset. Am I entering the weight incorrectly? if it is 300 grams, I will enter is as (point) .3 lbs since I can't go over 15 oz

Not sure how you are offering GSP when it isn't available to Canadian sellers?

You can't use calculated shipping on .com unless you have a US zip code and you can't use the gsp unless your item in physically in the US. I can't tell from your listings if you are using a shipping forwarder to take you items to the US or if you are shipping them yourself. Some of your listings say that you are shopping to Canada using usps and some don"t. But shipping yo the US doesn't appear to be with usps so it looks like you are shipping your items directly, not through a forwarder?

Some of your listings show that you are using eBay international standard which also requires that you item be physically in the US. I don't see the gsp on your listings but just looked at a few.

@pjcdn2005 Thank you for taking the time to help me. I ship my orders myself internationally. Should I use only .ca rather than .com? Is the global shipping program only for USA or can Canadian use it as well.

How do you set up your shipping policies? I will look at your store to see how you set yours up.
