I started selling here few months ago, I have been listing original brand clothing (Nike, Adidas etc).
I dont know why ebay after every sometime mark any of my listing as counterfeit and sends me an email.
I have now got 4th email and this time my account has been restricted for 7 days.
I am so upset as i have no idea what should i do? I have spoken with the representatives every time but they are not helpful at all, all they say is that their specialized team looks after this and the decision is final. They only say do not list the same item again, which i have never done and ebay every time has flagged a different listing of mine anyways.

I am worried about loosing my account and even worried about posting any listing as i dont know which one is gonna be marked next.

I sincerely need an advice here what should i do?
My items are all brand new original and with tags. Mostly Sports related items like Jerseys.

- Is there a cool down period i should follow?
- Are these warnings gonna be on my account forever or it has some period till than they stay on record?
My account restriction is gonna be over in 4 days.

Were these notices from VERO? If they are, they would say that right on the letter.

VERO notices are directly from the rights holders such as Nike and Adidas so when they want the listings taken down, ebay has to do so. If it was the rights holder who wanted them taken down,the notice should have an email address so that you contact them.

If it was ebay itself that decided to take them down, I'm not sure what to suggest. Is it always the same brands that you are having problems with? How do you know that the items are authentic..what type of supplier are you getting them from? I don't want the exact name but are you buying them on ebay, Aliexpress, a wholesaler on China..etc?

No its not a vero, on the email ebay says that its a counterfiet item.
The items are 100% original there is no doubt about that, i have genuine supplier and everything is from here Canada like sportcheck nike adidas etc. Nothing from China Aliexpress
I got email on nike and adidas items, and thats what im selling.

Then chances are, other sellers, possibley big professional sellers reported your items as counterfiet for the obvious reason. I know it sounds sketchy, but I did experience a couple of times.

Or a nasty small-time seller who is more likely to see you as a threat and take it personally.

The really big guys don't much care.

eBay doesn't usually take down listings just because another ebayer said that the item was counterfeit although there are some 'trusted' sellers in some categories that they do believe.
