Pardon me if this has been posted before (I was away for a week) but I found this new feature on resisting an item that was sold.
It seems to work. Click the 'New! Mobile-friendly checker' link.
Which leads to...
I clicked it and 'fixed' it on this listing. http://www.ebay.ca/itm/-/332262373848?

It's been around for a week or so on the Canadian side, been available on .com for a month or two.
I've be gradually updating things to be a bit more mobile friendly using that as a viewer (I'm a non-mobile tech person). A nice feature.

Is this an eBay feature, or created by a 3rd party? I'm wondering, because Google had a very similar feature they put out a couple of years ago. Maybe eBay is finally catching up? Or not.

You often see the advice here to check your listings on a mobile device because of how different it looks. The problem is, even though many people have mobile devices, many others don't. For those that don't, or don't have easy access to someone who does, this should help them see how their listings look to the increasing number of mobile buyers. I like it.

@mjwl -- Could you post the link to this mobile-checker feature here please? The blue link in your screenshot isn't live, or at least I wasn't able to access it. Thanks!

It's a built-in part of the current eBay listing form (next to the Item description section) and it just checks how the description section will display. It will also allow you to check the description for active content.
No idea if there is a separate tool that will do the same job.

Try this one, I got it from one of the .com boardies. I tried it and it worked. http://www.i-ways.net/mobile-friendly/en-us/
Once at the site, you can change the us to eBay.enca for .ca in English or .frca for French
it actually told me that all my listings were mobile friendly so didn't have to input all my items one by one!

Since it has been available on .com, I used it on many of my listings (and all the new listings). I was glad to see it was also here on .ca. However, I noticed that when I use it on an auction item, once I relist said item, I have to use it again. It's like it doesn't "stay on" if an item has ended.
