Got this email Yesterday, January 22
Someone out there must view me as a new seller.... after 15 years of experience of selling on eBay.............................
I must be doing something wrong????.... maybe not... most definitely not .....

There were many things that eBay said... Do this..... over the years..
But I chose to do it ... My Way...... and always seemed to be more successful.. dollarwise
One of the recommendations ignored by me was to start auctions at 99 cents.....
Every once in a while I will see someone with auctions at a 99 cents start bid..... and they lose big time.... that is today....
or the seller of books that runs auctions with a start of $2.99... and the books sell at that price...
-------------------------
wonder if eBay understands ... fair market value..
I set my price... and someone buys at that price ..... not too fast and not too slow
Both seller and buyer are happy...

I received the message yesterday as well, I thought it might be due to registering for some of the other webinars but not that one. I'm looking forward to the ones I did sign up for, I just wish they weren't always (it seems) scheduled for Wednesday mornings. My Wednesday mornings are already spoken for so in order for me to participate in a webinar, I have to do some fancy dancing.

Hmmm--- I may just register for that one just to annoy the leader speak truth to power.

You go, girl.
I think the webinars are a good idea and hope that they achieve a good response.
I do also hope that ebay didn't waste its energy inviting only veteran sellers to this workshop for newbies because none of us are going to take it, and that may lead ebay to believe no one is interested when, in reality, they simply identified and invited the wrong demographic.
