Normally every month I receive my 50 free listings as a seller as soon as we are in a new month, Yet today the start of a new month I went to list an item and am being charged the regular listing fees. I went and checked my listing offers and there is noting there?

There is no free auction listings if you have a store.
That new program starts next month.

I don't have a store and I only have 50 free listings from one site right now, not sure if it's on .ca or com, I will have to figure that out when I go to list something, but normally I get 50 from each...
Anyone without a store experiencing this too?

Really so if we subscribe to a store and spend more money to ebay before the new program starts to get things ready we don't get the 50 listings?

"before the new program starts"
That is correct. The programs starts on May 1st:

"but normally I get 50 from each..."
You still do.

Then something is wrong. I have listed a few things already between midnight last night and now and only some of them have been with free insertion, others I was still charged for and in my promotion section, it is only showing one set of 50 freebies. I have used six of them.

"midnight last night"
It is always a problem when folks start listing at midnight or so.
Which midnight? Eastern or Pacific?
The 50 free auction listings on eBay.ca start at midnight Eastern time
the 50 free auction listings on eBay.com start at midnight Pacific time (3 am Eastern)
May I suggest in future to avoid listing between 9:00pm the last day of the month and 3:00 am the first day of the month. This way you will not have to worry about time zones. 🙂

I agree with Pierre, avoid listing at midnight as not to confuse what time on east or west coast. More safe is to list them in the morning or early afternoon or in the evening of the first day of each month.

It looks like the ones listed on .com were listed before midnight pst so as Pierre suggested, that would be the problem.
Try listing one on .com now and it should be free and then you should also see that you have free listings available on .com

Yes, that makes sense, I was thinking that last night but just went ahead and ate the insertion fees on those few auctions, expecting that when I woke up this morning, I would have all of my free listings waiting for me. But they are still not reflected in my promotion section.
Now that you say that though, I am realizing that I probably just haven't listed anything on the .com site yet since last night and when I do, it should start showing how many I have...
