On Managed Payments now - Why Ebay suddenly things I shouldn't accept buyer who's address is PO Box?

I had no issue with shipping to PO Boxes in the past and I had check-mark for "Yes, ship to PO boxes" in my settings.

After I switched to MP,  it seems buyers with PO Box address can't purchase from me anymore.

Now I went looking for that checkbox to double check if it's still checked.

I can't find it...   Anybody has seen it in the settings?

Site preferences --> shipping settings --> exclude shipping locations. Uncheck PO Box (check means to exclude), check also apply to live listings then save.

Got it. I may have missed that second check box "also apply to current listings".

Are you saying you have checked the box for PO Boxes on your Shipping Exclusions list? Placing a check-mark there WILL BLOCK buyers with a PO Box address. To allow PO Boxes CLEAR  the check-mark.

Site Preferences / Shipping Preferences / Exclude shipping locations

https://www.ebay.ca/ship/prf

Filling a box with a check-mark BLOCKS that location. There's a box near the bottom of the page that must be checked if you want the new settings to apply to all current and future listings. Don't forget to hit the SAVE button before leaving the page.

Just So You Know: In Canada there is a service called flexdelivery from Canada Post wich allows you to have item shipped directly at post office for you instead of worrying about the delivery guy leaving package outside. So there Is No box.

This system has cause many issue because of the P.O.BOX naming instead of your name and Flexdelivery wich would solve the issue.

when a canadian buyer buy an item on global shipping ripoff from us. On top of paying 10 to 15 more than usps (instead of just using usps wich is faster , cheaper) well they will mark it as delivered when it reach the global center. Then from there they might use dhl, fed ex or ups. Note that theh will shipped with signature release on!! and after another week you will get a notice stating none of those company will deliver there since its canada post.

what a joke

I don't remember which one was checked or not but I remember I haven't checked that box to apply to other listings. That's probably what caused the issue.
