I decided like many other sellers to shut down international sales due to the crisis and had started doing this one by one...I emailed ebay about a way to change my international shipping options quickly about 45 minutes ago and they already responded...there is a way to do it in the midst of the health crisis without going thru each listing! its so easy, I just did it, here's the steps - you can select what countries you want to remain open to at this time and it applies it to all of your listings:
Regarding your concern, there is a way for you to edit all the current listings to include exclusion list for international shipping . Kindly follow the steps :
1.Click "Account Setting" located at the upper left hand above the eBay logo.
2.Click "Site Preference" and choose Shipping preference .
3.Under manage shipping settings look for "exclude shipping locations", click "edit" then choose what country/state you want to exclude.
4. Click "also apply to current listings" then save the changes.
