PayPal labels not working

Just tried to create a label with PayPal and got this message:P

"PayPal not available sorry for the inconvenience."

Does this happen often and how long does it last..

It happens periodically. When I see it, I usually log out and log back in again and print my label just fine. Sometimes, however, it is indicative of a bigger problem and it might be an hour or two before things right themselves. I would keep trying.
