Paypal Shipping year total

Is there a quick and easy way to find out how much i paid canada post in my paypal account for the year.

The only way i know how to do it is filter by payments sent per month. Then i just have to add up all the numbers for canadapost payments , which is a bit time consuming.

Download your PayPal activity into a CSV file and use a spreadsheet to produce whatever you want. Manipulating data is easy in a spreadsheet if you have spreadsheet experience.

I figured it out , took me about 5 mins to get a year end total of canada post payments using filter feature in spreadsheet. Would have taken me a few hours manually.

I can only find by month of by 3 months how did you get the whole year ??

I haven't tried this in a while but it looks like you go to history - download history and then check off custom date range and fill in the dates.
