This may impact some sellers who cross-list on other sites.

There is also a part about Claims which may affect sellers who win eBay Claims, but whose customers then appeal to PP or who go directly to PP.

 Awhile back I closed an account on a selling site where PayPal was my payment method for buyers. As I rarely use PayPal anymore as a paying method for purchases, my PayPal account is in limbo as to whether to continue to maintain it....As of now and in the future going forward, any online selling will be for 2 selling sites only >eBay and Etsy where the payment processing is same method(Adyen).

I find PP useful when I am buying on a site I am not familiar with.

Since I back my PP account with a credit card, I don't even have to maintain a balance.

Haven't had a balance in PP for nearly a year...made certain that no $ was left in the account...
