E bay is allowing morons to play games on their web site. Two of them run up the price of my poster to $600.00+ and then both retracted. In the meantime they chased real byers away. One of them has 17 retractions IN ONE MONTH on his record and is allowed to bid and fake.
This is th last sale I post on E bay they are worse that these morons.

It was many years ago that a new gaming system was beings sold on eBay... all sales were auction sales.
The bidding started at $300... then to $450... then to $750 and finally at $1150.
Before the auction ended, that $450 bid was removed..... then the $750 bid was removed.
The top bid, $1150 was removed just before the auction ended.
The system should have sold for $300
The bidders were at several locations in the US. There was no indication that there was a measure of collusion to purchase the system at $300.
Gaming... Perhaps.

Sometimes a seller with an auction has to be careful how reserve bids and second chance offers are or are not used.
An auction ended at about $65... The reserve bid was not reached... a second change offer was not made to the high bidder.
Seller put this item back up as an auction...Nobody bid ... on the second auction... not even a starting bid.
