We have a package that was received in Sanborn at Stallion on March 31.
We went to try to request it back today (because we just found out about it being returned when we followed up on it's whereabouts because the customer asked what was going on), and the request button is greyed out, but the dispose button looks like it works.
It's worth $200 so we don't want to dispose of it. Any idea why we can't request it back? We shipped it with Stallion it was undeliverable and came back in the same packaging we shipped it in.
I have another return coming back in the next week, so I'm concerned there is some reason we can't get them back anymore, this return coming next week is worth $100, so I kind of want to receive it back.

Does the tracking show that it has actually arrived at Sanborn?
Did you sign up for CARM?

Did you complete the Stallion Returns Agreement?

Have you called Stallion about this?

Tracking shows at Sanborn as of March 31. We've emailed Stallion (but haven't gotten a reply yet).
I think your other bit about the returns agreement and CARM might have to do with why we can't get it back and we'll look into this.
Thanks for your help.
