Promoted listings and words of caution from US Boards - You will pay for unpaid items

Apparently, if you use promoted listings and the order is unpaid or cancelled, you will still be responsible for the promoted listing charges according to a poster on the US Boards

But keep reading, the CSR said that, and we know how knowledgeable they are, ebay policy states that you are refunded if item returned or not paid for.

Just another ridiculous situation created by policies and who interprets them.

Look what happened to the circumventing of blocked ID's even though it is in policy.
