Question about labels purchased via SnapShip

I'm drawing a blank here. I want to find what I spent on Canada Post's Snap Ship labels in 2017, where do I look? The Canada Post Dashboard is three months of data which includes all labels generated with my account number including those from Shippo so that doesn't help. It's been awhile since I printed any Snap Ship labels but wasn't there a confirmation email sent with the data too on purchase and payment? I cannot seem to find mine. 

Can someone remind me what the workflow is with SnapShip? I could swear there was a confirmation-of-purchase type email that cited amount paid for postage, no?

Hi, not sure what if any email client you're using but on our end (using Thunderbird) we can find all of the receipt emails by simply typing in Snap Ship in the search field. We haven't used the service since April so it's possible that the email headers have changed.

I haven't used Snapship often either... they do send out label purchase confirmation emails that contain most of the shipment info such as service, cost, ship to address tracking # etc.

I had no trouble finding their confirmation emails by searching my inbox using the keywords "Canada Post".

As I'm sure you are aware labels purchased directly through Snapship are charged to the credit card on file... so some info should be easy to find there too.

My email software is very fussy. It has a mind of its own, I swear. I’ll try those search terms again. I was hoping for something like a cvs file on Canada Post but a credit card statement will do in a pinch.

If you use multiple email accounts an email client with a unified inbox feature makes it much easier to find things.
