Revising a neutral?

I am asking this foe someone else. Can a Neutral feedback be revised? I know a negative can. Is there a link to request it?

I believe that this link will work, if they have any neutral or negative feedback that they would like the buyer to change to a positive there will be an option of selecting the offending feedback.

Feedback has no effect on a seller's account with eBay.

Neutral feedback does not even change FB percentages.

It does have some effect on public perception of the one leaving it, which is why any feedback should be calm and factual.

It may be easier to leave a Response to any feedback you have left or received, to correct the record.

The last I checked, Neutral Feedback was just as eligible for Feedback Revision as is Negative Feedback.

That's not allowed. The system doesn't allow the reviser to make feedback worse, to the best of my knowledge.

You're right, a negative can't be made into a negative.  In most cases though I doubt that I would bother trying to get neutral revised.
