My major concern in all of this is once everything is resolved, the Christmas mess cleaned up and things running normally will companies that switched from Canadapost, go back? Businesses need reliability and that's gone out the window for the past 2 months. Will it be another month or 2 before things work as they should? And if Canada post does see a dramatic loss in business will we be looking at major price increases and more cuts to service? A scary thing to ponder!!!!

Sidenote: I have an expedited package to USA dropped off over a week ago that has disappeared off the planet. No further track updates after being received at the sorting plant. They're "looking" into it. Tell that to a customer that is expecting it to arrive before the 25th.
