For the past few days "sell similar" from my active listings hasn't been working. Any one else having that issue? How do we correct it?

Since it has been happening for 3 days and the computer was turned off each day, that's not it. I cleared my history and still not working.

I normally use google chrome so I tried Microsoft Edge and the same problem from the active listings, I cannot use sell similar.

I assume you checked that you are not trying to use sell similar for a .CA listing on .COM (or vice versa)?
Attempting to sell similar from the listing or from the hub?
...
I attempted to use "sell similar" on one listing just now, and the "Additional photos" area got stuck in the green circle of never-loading death. Had to save as a draft, then use that draft to get the image area to work properly.

Hi @musicyouneed - can you get me some more detail about what happens when you try?
Also to @ypdc_dennis' point: making sure you're selling similar apples to .ca apples instead of a .com orange is important too.
Thanks!

Hi it was on .ca and it was from the hub. I just tried it right now and I click on sell similar and nothing.

Thanks for the screenshot @musicyouneed!
That button definitely doesn't do anything if you have one item checked off - but should load the bulk edit screen if you have more than one item checked.
For single item Sell-Similars use the link in the edit drop down (pic below).
Thanks!

You could also just click on the listing itself and you should see sell similar on the top left side.

Is it just ME? For weeks and weeks now, if I choose 'sell similar' while on ebay.ca for a non-Canadian listing, it bumps me to ebay.com to complete the listing. I don't want that. I want to be able to copy the listing onto an ebay.ca template LIKE I HAVE BEEN ABLE TO DO FOR YEARS!!
This is SO time consuming. I have to create an entirely new listing, instead of just adding/editing to the copied listing. AND I assume that linkages to the copied (usually sold) listing on ebay/Google etc. that might help me to sell mine are gone, too.

LIKE I HAVE BEEN ABLE TO DO FOR YEARS!!
If that's true, you are the only one so blessed.
That was a huge bone of contention during the "no USD listings on dotCA" a few years back.
You could go to dot COM , click Revise, cut and paste the description (using the HTML version if you have any coding in your description) into a dotCA template, and add the pictures from your Saved Pictures folder. Assuming you keep all the pictures you make in a desktop folder.
It would be a little easier if you also have a desktop folder of all your descriptions, but I suspect I'm the only one uptight enough to keep those.

To be honest I never tried using sell similar on someone else’s listing so have no idea how it used to work but having to do extra work would be frustrating, I could be wrong but as far as I know there are no benefits search wise on eBay or google for starting a listing directly from another listing so having to change sites shouldn’t make a difference.

No. I was not the only one so blessed. I did it all the time.

I have never been able to do that ... always had to create a new listing (swearing out loud). I'm surprised to hear you could.

No ... I do too!
