Hi guys,
I'm a beginner. I see the Shipping Cost for my parcels that ebay shows me is always more than 13 CAD. Is there any other way to ship my parcel in lower price?

Hello and welcome. Where in Canada are you?

Canada Post Letter mail is an option in Canada, if your "letter" is less than 2cm thick, the price ranges from 85 cents to $5.05 depending on weight and dimensions, there is no tracking however.

So, in this case I only can ship too small items.

In this case, do I need to put in ordinary envelope for letters? or so thin box is acceptable?

If you can tell us what it is you are shipping (box/envelope size/weight) as well as where in Ontario you are, we may be of more help to your question.

This is a useful bookmark.
However, you should sign up for the Small Business Solutions card, if you don't already have one.
This gives you a 5% discount on some parcel services.
It is also useful with Shippo*, which at the moment doesn't have better discounts, but who knows what the future will bring?
You may also find deals on mint never hinged postage stamps lots here on eBay.
More work, pretty packages, lower costs (20% or so off).
Not everything needs to be tracked. A lot depends on your sales category and your customer demographic. Mine are readers and sewers-- groups that are even more honest than average. I'd worry more if I were selling sneakers, horse tack, electronics or coins.
You can aspire to the discounts that come with a Global Top Rated Seller rating, which doesn't bother with tracking statistics. That icon shows on your listings everywhere but in the USA.
Before starting to sell here, do a little buying. You are going to need shipping supplies (I hope!) and also a digital scale and a tape measure.
Buying will give you an insight into the customer experience that will be invaluable.
*I hope you never need to use it, but Shippo will also sell you USPS shipping labels, in case you ever need one in a Dispute.

I prefer poly envelopes like the eBay branded ones. Or these from e_mailers.ca -- #181536908961.
They also have decent prices on other sizes and on bubble mailers.
But pay attention to the 2cm maximum thickness. The contents may slide through with no problems, but any thicker and the clog the machinery.
Buying supplies on eBay also gives you useful feedback and again, the customer experience.

I use envelopes, bubble mailers or flat rigid photo mailer. It really depends on what I am shipping. obviously only small goods will make the 2cm limit.
