Shipping calculator on the fritz

Got a new promo 25% off fees, so listed an item.  When I got to shipping details.  There are no shipping/handling charges for Canada.  International is completely messed up.  All I can get is: Expedited SPEEDPACK from Hong Kong???  I  Cancelled everything and started again.  Same thing.  Have I been hacked.?  I only ever ship to Canada and US.

Aside. For the last 2 days 0 views on anything.

Yes, I never leave .ca.  I had just finished revising a listing.

Double checked.  Definately on .ca.  There is a red asterisk by domestic shipping.  International shows only Expedited SPEEDPACK from China/Taiwan and Hong Kong.  5-10 days.

Just went back to the saved draft.  In the taskbar on the top of the screen (I'm on a desktop) it says Not secure.  So deleted everything.  Don't really know how to proceed.

How did you navigate to ebay.ca to begin writing the non secure draft listing? Were you directed to ebay from within a promo email? If yes. maybe have a closer look at that email to make sure it was legit.

The promo came in my messages, I activated and listed the item.  The promo is legit.  It now appears with the regular 50 listings.

This promo is from April 10 - 19 25% off fees.  Others must have gotten it too.

Just in case ... consider changing the passwords of your ebay and paypal accounts ... especially if you've been prompted to login today. The non secure warning in your browser taskbar is a warning that any information passed through that web page is open to interception. A genuine ebay page will always begin with https:// not http://.

You did list one item on .com on April 9th. Just mentioning it in case you aren't aware of that.

Yes, 5 days ago I listed 2 items on .com as an experiment.  It was a bust, so far 3 views on each listing.  That still should not cause the issues in creating shipping in listings on .ca. 

Neither .ca or .com has anything to do with expedited SPEEDPACK from Hong Kong.  I just posted another issue here regarding an invoice for an item I just sold.  There seems to be some confusion with location and language.
