When ever the above item has its shipping set to the us is says " Shipping cost cannot be calculated. Please enter a valid postal code.". The item is 200grams and in a box 11cmx11cmx12cm and set to Canada Post Small packets USA air. This seems to happen to listings sometimes. I have no idea unless someone messages me asking how much shipping is to the US. What am I doing wrong and how do I fix this? How come eBay isn't giving me an error when creating the listing?

Thanks,

Carl

There is a cost showing for the Us so you must have changed the measurement.  The min, size for small and tracked packet is 14 cm x 9 cm x 1mm

Do you see a postage cost for USA displayed beneath the error message?

I don’t see any error message on this listing at the moment. Just the cost.

The item may be too small or too large for the service** you have chosen.

You can double check before your item 'indexes' and is visible, by looking at the Shipping tab.

I use the US zipcode 90210 which is reasonably easy to remember.

**You do know that Small Packet USA is not tracked, right? I rarely use tracking myself, but you are selling in a high fraud category.

@pjcdn-- Thanks for the numbers. Part of being dysnumeric is being unable to remember numbers.
