First, have you registered with Managed Payments? Without connecting to a Canadian bank chequing account, eBay cannot transfer money to you.
Your shipping label costs can be taken out of your customer payments. Which is a good thing, because eBay will Hold those payments for 30 days until you have proven your performance. The default for the bank transfer is every Tuesday once the Hold is over.
You don't need Paypal for selling. You can't take PP directly as payment, but our buyers may be paying with it.
The pricing for NetParcel is in loonies, but get a Canada Post Solutions for Small Business number as soon as possible, because that allows you to use SnapShip, Shippo, and Paypal labels as well, all of which are basically a discounted form of Canada Post.

And here is Canada Post's rate sheet, so you can check if NetParcel is indeed the best deal. (It usually is.)

Oh a guide to shipping.
You don't always need tracking. Most of my shipments go untracked because LetterPost is cheap and efficient. But my products are mostly low cost /low fraud, unlike bike parts.
The SfSB number allows access to Expedited Shipping which does not appear on the public Canada Post rate card.
Pack so that your shipment can drop two feet from one conveyor belt to the next, then have a 50lb box drop on top of it.
This is what a shipping terminal looks like.

I always use Netparcel (except when Canada Post is doing their Free Shipping Tuesdays) the nice thing about it is that it will show you the rates for UPS, Fedex and also Canada Post all in one spot so it's easy to decide which is the best rate (FYI, it does give you the Canada Post small business rate regardless). I know lots of people here probably do their shipping through eBay but since eBay doesn't seem to be helpful about anything else I personally don't really want to depend on them for shipping problems... And the times I have had issues Netparcel has been very helpful about sorting it out/filing claims.
Pricing is in Canadian and I'm not sure about the Paypal thing - I found them through Paypal so that is how I do it, not sure if there is another option. Call them if you have any questions - they are easy to get hold of and helpful in my experience. HTH! 🙂
