One of the blogs I follow had a post about a shipping request he got.
We had an unusual request from a customer this week regarding the delivery of their order:
"Hi, unfortunately due to where i live (heart of LA) the only safe place to leave the package is over the fence by the mailbox. It might need to be thrown, this is acceptable, as long as the package is wrapped properly. If worries about it arriving are there, put "throw over fence by mailbox" on the package."
I have to say people's confidence in the way we package ... orders is very gratifying, however, in this case we felt like the best way to ensure delivery was to require a signature. 😉
