Shippo rate fail

Hi. I'm trying Shippo for the first time—to ship to the US. On the order page, it always says "Rates Unavailable". Anyone have any ideas? thx!

Crazy—it's suddenly working here. Still says SUPPORT, not HELP, but now it brings up chat options as you show, not just an "email" form. Well...I'll try them again with my next sale.
