Went to print off a label this morning and Snap Ship told me that my phone number needed to be in the correct format of (999) 999-9999 ext 9999
My phone number is in the correct format and unchanged from all the other times I've used Snap Ship.
I reported the issue to Canada Post and it'll get passed to the tech crew. It might be a programming change that doesn't work well with Firefox or improper error checking. She recommended trying Chrome to see if that would fix the problem.

On the bright side I finally got paypal to accept Canada Post as my shipping choice. The last few weeks it's been trying to get me to sign up with UPS -- no matter what I checked off.
Otherwise, I'd have been really annoyed this morning.
