I guess this grumpypants does not know there is a Dispute system for failed transactions.

And I for one don't think we should tell him.

Make sure to report them for them all.

Use the reason that the item was delivered (I know that it says it was a tracked item that was delivered, I checked with the CSRs when a repeat offender occurred to me and they advised this was the right thing to pick even for an untracked item).

As soon as I put in my report the buyer became non-registered, mine was the straw that broke the camels back so to say, so it does matter that we do put in reports on these folks. Looks like you can put in a few.
