State Tax Rates

Out of curiosity is there a table of the state tax rates that are now collected when US buyers purchase off eBay. Curious as to each states rate.

Keep in mind that rates vary by local municipality in most of the US so the State rate is often not the rate charged for a specific location.

From what I understand, buyers who provide a zip+4 get charged the correct rate while those that only supply a regular zip code may in some cases pay a higher rate than necessary.
