Subject a Maximum Shipping Service Cost???!!!

When I was doing a bulk relisting, the message kept coming up all the time: "Listings on eBay.com in this category are subject a maximum Shipping Service Cost".   It is on eBay.ca when I was doing the relisting.

What the heck does it mean?  Did eBay actually think I am charging too much shipping costs??  In fact, my shipping costs are very reasonable, the most lowest postage rates I can offer!  In fact, I don't even include the final value fees, paypal fees, or the so-called handling charges like envelopes, packaging tapes, printing labels, etc in my shipping information.

Anyone knew what does it means?  Thanks.

Are you sure you were relisting items that were listed on .ca?

U.S. sellers are allowed to charge a maximum of $4 shipping for some (or all?) items in media so if you were trying to list one of those categories on .com and your shipping was more..... that message would come up

That message always shows when I bulk re-list.

It doesn't mean a thing or effect anything if you're listing on ebay.ca, ignore it. It doesn't mean any of the things you just ranted about.

Thanks.  I was a little worried and more leery of eBay as eBay is getting stranger and strager than ever.
