Support says that Shipping overpayment fee reimbursement is now automatic?

Hello!

A Support Rep today told me that Shipping overpayment fee reimbursement is now automatic. They said it would automatically be calculated when my invoice is created.

Is this true?

I have had to contact them countless times this year already to be reimbursed when a buyer was forced by eBay to buy and pay separate shipping 2-3 times for items that I combined into one box for them to save on their shipping amount.

I haven’t heard anything about it and I would be surprised it were true. If they are doing that, i think that it would just be for managed payment sellers.

As of a few days ago, if you're still using Paypal to receive funds, nothing has changed. Cannot comment how fvf are handled by MP.

OK I was doubtful and I always seem to talk to US based reps who don't know the ebay.ca differences.
