I seem to be finding mixed numbers on different pages on the amount needed to sell in the last 12 months to achieve Top Rated Powerseller (global). In my dashboard it shows I need to make $3000 in sales but on the ebay help page it says $1000. Can someone please clarify?
Thank you in advance!

the biggest hurdle you will face is the 100 transactions that are required to achieve top rated status, and they must be 100 different sales. Not 10 items sold at once to 10 people. Once you have 100 unique sales the money portion required will almost be non important. But it is showing 1,000$, when i search top rated status.

It is $1,000 + 100 transactions + being a member for 90 days (I think, it's been a while since I checked).

Things have changed as of August 1, 2017
Top Rated Seller, TRS Global, status for Canadian Sellers on eBay Canada, now excludes sales to buyers in the US, UK, Ireland, Germany, Austria and Switzerland
This new rule will become effective with the evaluation for TRS Global status on September 20, 2017.
I suspect that if US buyers are a primary source of sales, then one has to list on eBay.com, measure up to the rules for TRS plus on eBay.com....
Investigate and determine if this is a critical factor to selling on eBay

I can't find where it mentions the $3000 anymore but that is what it used to be to reach bronze powerseller status which is separate from top rated seller. But now accordng to the link that someone else posted you just have to worry about the $1000/100 global buyer transactions for top rated.
When eBay changes rules they don't always update all related pages which is why you are seeing contradicting info.

Are you looking at the dashboard on .CA or .COM
On ,ca I see no mention of Top Rated Powerseller just Top Rated Seller, and no mention of $3000.
The $3000 is an old, old rate. It's been $1000 since 2012 for eBay.ca.

USA TRS requirements/benefits: https://www.sps.ebay.ca/sd/sdrequirements?spsProgram=US
If you qualify for either Global or USA you'll get 10% off Final Value Fees.

The big change this year is the removal of sales to the other regions (USA, UK-Ireland, Germany-Austria-Switzerland) from the Global totals. The impact will be phased in over the next few months.
