USA products for sell to Canada

Hi, I have company located Canada. Now I'm selling my products located in Canada and I'm charging to buyers taxes like BC %12,NS %15,ON %13. If I sell again from my Canada located company to Canada but shipping from USA, am I have to charge taxes like now without change anythink ok I need to change taxes rates? Thank you.

She will give you the right information for your company.

 

Free advice is worth exactly what you pay for it.

 

Do NOT charge buyers taxes unless you are registered to collect and remit taxes. Revenue Canada gets grouchy about that.

Regardless of where you ship the item from if it sells in Canada and you ship within Canada you have to collect taxes if you are so authorized to do so .

I honestly am not sure how it works but if the item was shipped from the U.S. via USPS, how would customs know that taxes had already been paid on it? I realize that tax and duties can be prepaid but it's unlikely that the OP is going to hire a broker to set that all up.
