It might not be the Indiana facility is the only USPS location. I have two packages stuck in Des Moines, Iowa and St. Louis, Missouri that I may be refunding soon.

Interesting, it's exactly where my tracked packet was just lost. I had to refund the buyer ☹️
This is the first case since 25 years a package get lost in the US. Some were late, till 6 weeks, but never lost.

I have UPS package that was stuck in Lacine, Quebec for 13+ days. Finally started moving again, but the buyer has been waiting for 22 days now. They haven't said anything yet but I am worried about it cause its a fairly high valued item.

The USPS mayhem continues. I have several items "in transit", stuck at both, Queens and Indianapolis. I reported all items to CP and USPS and several investigations are ongoing. One of the buyers already opened INR dispute (650 CAD order). It usually looks like this:
