USPS tracking shows delivered - Buyer states he didn't receive it. Filed INR - money on hold

Buyer contacted me first that although he sees that parcel was delivered he never received it.  I told him to follow the steps on the USPS website and contact the local PO as apparently they GPS all packages delivered.  He didn't do that but just asked the postman.  He filed an INR, Money on hold, I posted the tracking # as the response.  

How long do I wait for resolution and my money put back into my account?   Do I need to do anything else?

You don't need to do anything else.  I had a similar situation recently and they closed it a day or two after I entered the tracking number.
