This is what I see when I google the eBay website, but I'm not sure if I'm seeing this because I am a user or if everyone sees this. Plus, I only see this on .ca and not .com. Up until I heard about the 500+ tractor trailers waiting to be unloaded, I wasn't overly concerned. I let buyers know there could be a slight delay and there seemed to be no problem. Canadians understand the situation but I'm not sure if U.S. buyers are being made aware of potential delays.

No I don't see that.
I just bought something from a Canadian Seller in Halifax and didn't see a message like that anywhere during the process.
This is what I see on the main eBay page.

I see an announcement at the top of the community page but not the main page.
Here is the announcement on the community page.

Gosh ..... I was hoping that an announcement like that would be readily evident. But then, of course, eBay wouldn't want to discourage shoppers. I think what I'll do, in addition to stating that there could be a delay, is ask each buyer if they would like to cancel their purchase, rather than wait. I'll make sure they know that this will not penalize them in any way .... or me, if it's a buyer cancellation. I'd rather do that than try to deal with eBay after the fact with regard to INR's.
Sigh ..... and my sales have been so good the last few weeks, compared to the first 8 months of the year.

I am seeing longer ship times for .COM sellers using USPS -- the current time frame I see ends after Christmas for a first class USPS package.

For what it's worth, I haven't had any Canadian eBay sales in a couple of weeks.
US and overseas are fine.
And my private postage sales to Canadians (mostly eBay sellers) are about normal.
