What is "Pending Markup " when trying to removing a listing from promotion event

It is my first time seeing this under status , usually it was always  processing and turned into removed when trying to remove listings from promotion sales event. Now it is stucked at showing "pending markup" and it is not being removed. What should I do?

Are you access Markdown Manager via ebay.ca or ebay.com?

It might just be a glitch. 

Sometimes, this tool is glitchy and there's not a lot to be done about it. 

Perhaps move forward the End date of your Pending Markdown and then fix it once the promotion is good and dead and no longer twitching.
