Would be be getting new types of promotions like we do on Ebay.com?

Ebay Canada seems like the Backburner of all things. Looking at the screenshot below it seems like we don't have ANY sorts of promo tools that we would have on Ebay.com.  When would we get more tools? I would like to give more money to eBay through more sales opportunities. I assume Ebay wants to make more money, Well if we sellers end up selling more, then Ebay Makes more money!

Are you looking on the Seller Hub?

There is a specific link under Marketing for Promotions.

And on the Sell Your Item form we can add Promoted Listings, and Best Offer parameters, as well as a shipping cost for "each additional" item on purchase.

I only use Promoted Listings since it fits my personal "something for nothing" preference, in that I only pay for successfully promoted listings, and no fees are charged on items that are Promoted but do not sell.
