Beware Sellers Shipping Chinese Made Items To USA

I use NetParcel, from my side nothing has changed with the shipping process however my recent sales of China origin items are being assessed duty (which I thought would happen) however every item is being hit with a $44.50 USD borkerage fee from UPS....
