I have a buyer who was blocked by the system for "winning or have recently bought too many of my items". The thing is, I have never had that buyer requirement checked off - people often buy many small items of mine. I have "locations to which I don't ship" (none, I don't block any countries) and "negative feedback score" (useless as this doesn't exist anymore). I tried out "buyers without a paypal account" but stopped that a few weeks ago. The only two that could actually block anyone are "buyers with unpaid item strikes" and "buyers with policy violation reports" (and the unpaid item strike requirement has actually blocked buyers).
The buyer bought a small item April 30 and didn't pay. I sent a second reminder invoice and on May 12 and they said they didn't have the money to buy so I cancelled the transaction, they accepted and that was the end of it. A couple of minutes ago I checked the Buyer Requirements Activity Log and saw that the same buyer was blocked from buying a single item May 9 for the reason "buyers who are winning or have recently bought too many of my items" It's entirely possible that they didn't pay for the first item because they were blocked from picking up a second.
Has anyone else ever had a buyer blocked for a reaon they never selected?
